Estate Maintenance and Lawn Care – Andover

Our landscape maintenance teams work hard to maintain estate areas of blocks of apartments and industrial units. We can tailor our visits to make sure that even in the winter months hedges are trimmed, leaves are cleared, weed and moss treatments are applied on walkways and lawns, communal areas are litter picked and swept, lawns are kept short and tidy, boarders are topped with healthy plants, mulch or stones and in the summer months we use our John Deere petrol scarifier to de-thatch the lawns, which are then given a nitrogen treatment, giving them a boost prior to the spring sunshine.

With our reliable machinery and trialled and tested chemicals of over 10 years, the landscaping is made much easier and we can achieve those perfectly straight lines during the summer months and well into the autumn.

Our landscape manager and sub-leaders are trained in excellent communication skills, just like our cleaners which has proven to work well on estate maintenance when both sets of teams can work together to maintain a clean, tidy, safe environment for all residents and visitors. The cleaners will often litter pick on occasions the gardeners aren’t due a visit, and the gardeners will often clean bin stores or report refuse to double up on the hygiene of the communal areas.
