Apartment Block Deep Cleaning & Decorating – Salisbury

A ‘typical’ team will consist of a manager or a sub-leader(s) that will be knowledgeable of the sites, the frequencies, access codes or keys and the ability to drive a crew there and to successfully conduct a cleaning routine that would pass the Cherry Estates cleaning standard. Sometimes we are asked to conduct a deep clean before we start our standard cleaning routines. This enables us to set the standard and then keep it easily maintained throughout the duration of our contract.

We were asked to renovate this badly neglected block of apartments in Salisbury town centre, in Wiltshire. Our team started with our thorough deep cleaning routine which included our Steempro 2000 carpet cleaning machine. The carpets had clearly never been maintained with a regular hoover, let alone had a carpet cleaning treatment so our team had their work cut out for them. The results were unbelievable and instantly the block of apartments smelt better.

Our decorating team then set to work on repairing a broken window, they fixed the stair rails and gave the whole block a fresh paint even adding a trendy grey trim which was specified from our customer. The whole block of apartments became a worthy place of residence finally and our cleaning team is able to maintain the communal cleaning standards to this day.
